How evee works

We designed the evee booking platform for security, to make the process effortless and paper free for our hosts and renters.

For EV Hosts:

Step 1 - List your car 

If you are excited at the prospect of joining evee, you can create a car listing!

To get started, head to 'List your car' and complete the following steps. In your listing you will have the opportunity to upload photos to show off your beautiful car, as well as set up preferences on when the car is available and pricing.

After you’ve listed your car we’ll reach out to you to get an insurance quote. You only need to switch insurers once you have the first booking request.

Step 2 - Confirm a booking

When you get a booking request you’ll need to confirm it before we can process the renter’s payment.

Step 3 - Handover

To organise handing over the vehicle, evee shares your contact details with the renter and the renter’s details with you only after the booking has been confirmed. From there, arrange a convenient time and exact location to handover the car. Make sure to follow our handover guidelines sent to you via email on the day.

Step 4 - Receive the car

Once again, follow the guidelines to receive the car from the rental noting any additional charges and signs of new damage.

Make sure to leave a review for the renter.

Step 5 - Receive payment 

evee pays your rental income within 7 days directly into your nominated account.
