With the pandemic declared to have ended, evee's COVID Cancellation Policy will be the same as evee's Cancellation Policy.
We understand that your plans may change. However, if you need to cancel your booking, we have a minimum notice for cancellation.
If you cancel your existing booking:
- more than 72 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will be entitled to a full refund;
- between 72 hours and 48 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will be charged 50% of the total Fees plus any merchant banking/transaction fees and the remaining balance will be refunded to you;
- and less than 48 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Rescheduling a booking is subject to Vehicle and Owner availability. Cancellation fees will also apply for rescheduled bookings.
