Extra payments are charges are incurred by the renter during the rental period from activities such as road toll fees, supercharger fees, exceeding the daily travel allowance, or cleaning fees. Please make sure to have proof or an invoice for those charges and attach them to the relevant extra charge.
This can be done by heading to the booking you wish to add charges for via your account.
To select the booking that you wish to add extra payments, click on the 'speech bubbles' on the top right corner of the booking. The extra payment field is found at the bottom of the booking and please make sure to attach any proof or an invoice for those charges.
Important: Generally speaking, you can choose to making separate extra charges is easier to follow. You are allowed to bundle any additional charges together but make sure to provide a breakdown and proof for the costs.
